Q: How can I contact support for help?
A: In general, Comindware provides 4 support channels: online Knowledge Base, email, live chat and phone. If you have a question or need help, you can either browse help articles or send a request to our support team. The process of contacting support is described in detail in this article.
Q: What are the hours of operation of the Customer support team?
A: Our support team is available 10AM - 5PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, UTC -5), Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside of those hours, feel free to submit your request via email and we will get back to you as soon as we become available.
Q: What languages do you provide technical support in?
A: For now we provide technical assistance in three languages: English, German and Russian. Comindware website and Comindware products are available in these languages as well. You can change website language at any time in the top right corner of the page. If you want to change the interface language of your Comindware product instance, send us a request here.
Q: What are the maintenance and support options available to me?
A: We are currently offering one single support and maintenance package which is included with all Comindware subscriptions. It provides you with free product updates and upgrades and four support channels (Knowledgebase, live chat, email and phone) for the whole duration of the contract. You don’t need to pay any additional fees.
Q: How do I submit a suggestion or a complaint on Comindware products and/or services?
A: You can submit your feedback on our products and services on this page. Feel free to share both positive and negative experiences you have had with Comindware so we can either build up on the things you liked or correct things you did not. Please note that this is mainly a one-way feedback channel and we will not be able to respond to all of the submissions. If you need a response on any of your questions or issues, please contact support instead.
Q: Do you offer any setup and training services?
