Logging in to your Account at Comindware website
In order to manually activate your on premise Comindware product keys, access your license details, backup or restore your cloud product instance or adjust your Comindware subscription(s) settings, you need to have an account registered at the Comindware website.
In order to log in to your account, open the Comindware user portal in your browser, enter your credentials and click on the «Sign in» button.
In the left navigation pane you will see the following sections:
- My company — your company's profile;
- Products and Subscriptions — your company's subscriptions;
- Knowledgebase — link to Comindware Knowledgebase;
- Support Requests — the list of your company's support tickets, where you can also submit a new one.
